Can I add products to my order once placed?

Once you have placed and paid for your order we are unable to add other products to it. You will need to place another online order.

Can I collect my order so I don't have to pay postage?

Sorry, we are a online shop and therefore can not accept collection from our warehouse.

What products can I sell to my customers?

Please see the 'Top Ups for Your Class Shop' category, where you will find approved products that you can sell to your customers.  

When will my order be delivered?

We offer two delivery options:

Standard delivery which is priced at £3.95. This is an estimated lead time of 3-5 working days.

Express delivery which is priced at £5.95. This is an estimated lead time of 1 working day providing the order has been placed before 1pm.

The £125 ‘free delivery’ applies to orders over £125 net. Please check your basket.

Please note that we may need to review the £125 free postage level in the future due to the bulky nature and lower margins of larger items. We will keep you informed of any changes.
 

I have placed an order and used the wrong delivery address!

While we try to check emails before packing, this does not always happen because the 2 functions are done by 2 different people. Therefore, an order may be sent out even if you have emailed that you wish to change the address.

Please always check the delivery address before completing your order.
