Baby Sensory Supplies Limited Returns Policy

Faulty items must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Faulty items must be returned to Baby Sensory Supplies Limited within 21 days of reporting the fault to supplies@babysensory.co.uk.

If an item is missing from your order, please email supplies@babysensory.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. A delivery note will be raised and the item will be sent to you as soon as possible. If the item is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.

Please note that Baby Sensory Supplies Limited does not operate a 'Sale or Return' policy. However, if an item needs to be returned for reasons not identified above, it must be returned to Supplies within 21 days of receiving your order and in pristine condition. Goods must also be in their original packaging, securely wrapped and include the returns note below at your risk and cost. A refund/credit note will be issued within 30 days from the date of receipt if the item has been deemed to be in its original condition.

Loyalty Scheme:

When you register on www.babysensorysupplies.co.uk, you will be automatically registered on the scheme and a loyalty points will be automatically added to your account. You will be awarded 1 point for each complete £1 that you spend in a single transaction and these points can be redeemed against future orders.

• www.babysensorysupplies.co.uk reserves the right to add, remove or suspend points.
• Points cannot be redeemed against the cost of postage.

Loyalty Scheme Terms

•The loyalty scheme is managed and promoted by Baby Sensory Supplies Ltd.

•The scheme is valid on the www.babysensorysupplies.co.uk web site. It is not valid on any other web site.

•The points allocated through the scheme are personal to the account holder of the www.babysensorysupplies.co.uk website account.

•Full details of how points are collected and how they may be redeemed can be found by reading the section below on how I collect and redeem points. Please read this section carefully as it forms part of the loyalty scheme terms.

•We reserve the right, at any time without notice, to end the scheme or decline to issue any membership to the scheme.

•We can take any action we believe to be appropriate if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme, including withholding points previously credited to your loyalty scheme account

•We may modify the terms of the scheme in any way that we choose at any time. Changes to the terms will not affect points that you have already collected.

How do I collect and redeem Points?

•You will be automatically registered on the loyalty scheme when you register an account on www.babysensorysupplies.co.uk and a loyalty scheme account will be opened for you. To collect points for a transaction on the site you must be logged into your account.

•You will be awarded one point for every complete £1 that you spend in a single transaction. This can be altered at our discretion. We may also set a limit on the number of points which may be awarded to each loyalty scheme account in respect of certain items or generally. We may cancel points awarded if your order is later refunded or part refunded.

• You will be able to see the number of points you have earned on your loyalty scheme account at checkout

•You can redeem your points against future orders on www.babysensorysupplies.co.uk by selecting the option from the checkout, you can use all collected points or a set amount.

•The current redemption value of points is one point equal to one penny. We reserve the right to vary the rate at any time. Points may only be redeemed against future purchases. They can never be redeemed in cash.

•All loyalty points will not expire. Although we reserve the right to expire points at any point.

Please note that all graphics and exclusive artwork (including and not limited to banners, bunting, backdrops, and invitations) remain the intellectual property of WOW World Group and must not be altered, reproduced, or used for any other purpose without prior written approval. These items are available through authorised WOW Group channels to ensure safety, quality, and brand alignment.
